Policies

All our accommodations are fully carpetted, have private baths, linens, color cable TV and VCR. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and private decks.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Accommodations are rented Saturday to Saturday in July and August and Monday to Monday during Women's Week in October. Weekends and single nights are available any other time and are offered year-round.

Air Conditioning Policy: All our accommodations have 'optional A/C'. Since most of our guests do not use A/C, we provide fans. There is no charge for fans. However, if you prefer A/C, there is a $140 per week charge.

Long term winter rentals (11/1 - 5/1) are available at reduced rates. Call for details if interested.

CHECK IN

Reservations honored after 3 pm.
Late check-ins (after 6 pm) must make arrangements in advance of arrival.

PAYMENT

50% deposit is required in advance, balance due upon arrival in cash or traveler's checks; must be in US currency, please. Personal checks are accepted for deposit only for guests within the United States. All others require money order in US currency. Deposits are refunded only if cancellation is received well ahead of arrival
and if fully re-rented for the entire reservation.
No refunds on holiday weekends, during Women's Week, or in July or August.
There is a service charge on re-rentals to cover phone calls, time, etc.
